Determination of your size correctly

Knowing your correct sizes in underwear is more important than knowing your sizes in normal outwear.

Remember that there is nothing between you and your underwear. And it is necessary that such a cloth that is so close to you should fit to your sizes.

Correct size for bras that are the most "complicated" parts of underwear is much more important. Once you know your sizes you will be able to buy your bras without trying them on.

Finding bra cup size : Encircle the tape measure starting from your back to the front side but passing it over your breasts this time.

The value to be found shall be longer than sub-breast circle value that you acquired in the first phase. This difference enables you to find cup measure.

Finding the bra size measure:

In order to measure your breast circle, encircle the tape measure below your breasts. Make sure that tape measure passes below your breasts and on your back forming a straight and horizontal line.

For example if your circle measure is 76 then the bra that you should be using must be 80 size. As bra sizes increase in units of 5 cm, in values that exceed the main unit the following bigger size should be bought.

Suppose that your sub-breast circle is 73 cm and breast-top circle is 86 cm. As the difference between two measures is 11 cm your cup measure should be B. Consequently your bra measure is 75B.

We said that not all of the bras are produced with cup size. B is accepted as the normal cup measure and bras are produced generally as B cup. If cup is not stated on the bra you can think of it as B. Anyway majority of women use B cup measure.

Lower parts of underwear, i.e. pants, strings and those in single part in the shape of body, are classified by standard body sizes (For example; S [Small], M [Medium], L [Large] or 36, 38, 40, 42, etc.).

Handle a tape measure, stand in front of the mirror and take off your cloths and bra.

We recommend you not to take measurements a couple of days before your period so that you can find your correct bra measure. Since water is hold in the body in many women in this period, breasts can be more swollen and tense than normal.

Indeed bra measure comprises of two values; size and cup measures. While size measure is related to body bigness, cup measure is related to breast bigness. Each woman has a size and cup measure, however, separate cups are not produced in each bra model because generally breast bigness of women is proportional to their bodies.
